[Nut-upsuser] bcmxcp_usb and powerware 5115

Can you support us with some more info about your system.
Like - distibution, kernel, version of libusb,

And also the ups.conf file.

The last line indicate that it is communicating, but gets an error. Do you 
have any problems with other usb devices?
