This list is for the Network UPS Tools (NUT) software, but this log
looks like it is from something else entirely.

The RPMs listed on rpmfind.net for RH9 seem very old, so you will
probably need to compile from source:

Then, since your UPS is not listed in the compatibility list, you
probably need to try a few drivers, such as megatec. There is a new
gamatronic driver that is being expanded to handle the full SEC
protocol, and that might work as well. It looks like the port is
/dev/ttyUSB0.
