[Nut-upsuser] NUT and MGE Ellipse ASR 1500 under FreeBSD.

     Arnaud Quette from MGE helped me to start driver. It's necessary to
specify user, because by default it runs under 'nobody' privileges. But NUT
still doesn't work, he sent me a link

which describes some bug in the FreeBSD USB implementation.

     Unfortunatelly, I have only one serial port on this box, which is used
as a console now. The only chance to add another serial is usb-com adapter.
