[Nut-upsuser] Nut- Apache cgi scripts problem

I have played with configuration and "google" , I found solution

 LDFLAGS=-R/path/to/gcc/library ./configure
 LDFLAGS=-R/path/to/gcc/library make
 LDFLAGS=-R/path/to/gcc/library make install
