why should I have any particular insight on APC unit Charles?
the only reason I see is if I stayed with the APC | MGE UPS merger.
which is not the case since I've joined Eaton... a year and a half ago.

anyway, you Charles seems to have already jumped on a similar thread (about

I must note that we still lack an APC maintainer (both for serial, USB and
SNMP)!
