[Nut-upsuser] Network UPS Tools version 2.6.0-pre1 released

Network UPS Tools version 2.6.0-pre1 has been released.

Note that the final release was first scheduled for today.
But there are few remainders that needs to be addressed, like the
features list rewrite, linkdoc macro to support anchors, and some bugs
and patches to be processed.

This will have to wait for the beginning of January, along with the new
website to switch to production.

In the meantime, we would warmly welcomed testing feedback on the source
code and the new website: http://new.networkupstools.org
