[Nut-upsuser] NUT megatec driver tunning

right, Carlos is retired from the NUT team.
moreover the megatec and megatec_usb driver are obsolete, and replaced
by blazer and blazer_usb.
please, try blazer for further testing.
and switch to NUT 2.4.3.
