... which is way better than a virtual machine on an old 32-bit Athlon  
with 1GB of RAM, and a healthy colony of dust bunnies. Apparently, the  
last time I ran Qemu on this box, it still had the kernel acceleration  
modules installed (which were dropped in Qemu 0.11).

I'd throw this on some other hardware, but I have a monitor shortage  
at the moment, and I don't want it to drool on the hard drives if  
something goes wrong (hence the virtualization).

VirtualBox makes things go a lot faster (which figures, since they  
built on Qemu, and they also have a kernel module).
