[Nut-upsuser] monitoring ups for windows xp

Please help on this topic.

l have a upsation GXT 2U UPS, I want to make a programming language C + +
or ... deplhi ...in windows xp , which connects the PC to the inverter via
the serial port, which detects a power failure, and` show through this
program and sending a `Aletris gsm modem.


what is the command to send for read ups state to ups(inverter) in windows
xp ,and how to read the receive data in serail port
