[Nut-upsuser] upsd problem with NUT 2.6.1

Hi Arnaud,
Sorry for the late reply. The USB permissions problem is
solved, and the permissions now persist through a reboot.
One of the files in /opt/nut/2.6.1/etc did not have ups:nut
ownership, I forget which one.
A Solaris package would be great.
