Try the bcmxcp_usb and change the ups.conf to:

[Ups01]
 driver = bcmxcp_usb
 port = auto
 desc = "Powerware 5125"


Run it as:

/usr/lib/bcmxcp_usb -DD -a Ups01

The vendor/product id is the same for the bcmxcp_usb capable ups.
Looks like it reconnected on the bus as you have two instants of
it.
