[Nut-upsuser] For APC Back UPS ES users

I didn't have any issues with my old ES 725 and 2.6.4 for Windows 
(7x64). I better make sure this new driver doesn't cause any issue for 
its particular firmware. I can't look at it at the moment, but I'll try 
and check it out today.
