only the driver and upsd are required to get the data, so it's fine.
you should also do a quick discharge (a couple of minutes) to see
battery.charge decreasing well.

Fred will appreciate a lot, as usual. I'm forcing him to work on the
Windows port for ~ 2 years (is a pure Linux fan!)
So thanks again Fred for all your excellent work on the Windows port, and
making NUT more widely available.
I'm eager to see it finally entering the mainstream (we have still a lot of
work before).
