this is indeed an unsupported MIB (upsilon).
Instruction are provided here to create the base structure:

please execute the script (mode 1) and send back the result, in compressed
form.
note that you may try to add "mibs=ietf" to your ups.conf.
I vaguely recall having done something around that, but can't find anything.
