This is a starting point: compare with line power on, where the value was 0x0c (12).

Are you sure that this was with the line power on?

I have no idea why it is the same value for 008c0004 as with line power off. (Ignore the "string_to_path" lines, they are looking for values for a different type of Liebert/Phoenixtec UPS, and they did not find anything.)
