[Nut-upsuser] EATON 9SX not display battery.charge

Ok. Thats new command (all done in explore mode fine):

/usr/local/libexec/nut/usbhid-ups -DDD -a eaton9sx -u root -x explore -x 
vendorid=0463 2>&1 | tee /tmp/eaton9sx-explore.log

and output in attach.
