[Nut-upsuser] Blazer_usb driver almost supports Centralion Titan Elite, but not quite

Can you please switch to driver 'nutdrv_qx' with all the optional
settings (vendorid, productid, subdriver, protocol, synchronous,
novendor, norating, pollinterval) removed and report back?
