[Nut-upsuser] Fwd: [EXTERNAL] SNMP shutdown timing out

There was a check-in that touched snmp-ups a few days ago. I just grabbed a
copy of the master tree and compiled it and well what do you know,
nut-scanner and shutdown via snmp-ups work now.

I will be anxiously awaiting the release of this version.
