[Nut-upsuser] [EXTERNAL] Are these tools right for me?

Hi David,

Thank you so much for the response! It turns out there is a USB connect and
the device is HID-PDC compliant. I'd have to double check what properties
are needed but the class properties for object look to be sufficient.
