[Nut-upsuser] Data Stale at random intervals

It looks like somebody found a solution around 25th Oct 2016.


Was a defect raised  ?  if so, what version was the bug in , what 
version the fix? .

If it was simply the version old version of libusb, it' still around 
many years later.
