[Nut-upsuser] APC ups reports "OL DISCHRG" as its normal status, even when plugged into mains

Adding to Greg's good questions, is the UPS (battery) new or old? Perhaps
the PbAc worked over ~3 years and indeed the UPS became a glorified power
strip? I had some BackUPSes do that every couple of years a decade to two
ago...
