Hi NUT Users,

One of my APC UPS is having battery issue and apparently we cannot change battery in that UPS. (not super green…)

I have purchased an EATON UPS and added the ref in ups.conf

When restarting the driver, I got this error

>  0.030612     [D2] Checking device 2 of 10 (0463/FFFF)

>  0.287659     [D2] - VendorID: 0463

>  0.287853     [D2] - ProductID: ffff

>  0.287941     [D2] - Manufacturer: EATON

>  0.288023     [D2] - Product: 5S

>  0.288103     [D2] - Serial Number: unknown

>  0.288156     [D2] - Bus: 002

>  0.288205     [D2] - Device: unknown

>  0.288254     [D2] - Device release number: 0001

>  0.288303     [D2] Trying to match device

>  0.288352     [D2] match_function_subdriver (non-SHUT mode): matching a device...

>  0.288406     [D3] match_function_regex: matching a device...

>  0.288509     [D2] match_function_regex: failed match of Device: (null)

>  0.288563     [D2] Device does not match - skipping

The UPS has been defined in ups.conf as:

[myups3]

       driver : usbhid-ups

       port = auto

       vendorid = 0463

       productid = ffff

       desc = "5S"

       bus = 002

       device = 014

       pollonly

Here is the lsusb trace.

I wonder whether I did anything wrong.

Thanks for any advice you oculd share.
