[Nut-upsuser] Cannot connect to Kstar UPS

Hello, sorry for the long wait.

It seems `usbhid-ups` should support the device with `subdriver` pointing
to MGE HID (needs NUT v2.8.2 or newer to use the option), according to
https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/issues/2661 discussion.

A PR was posted to have it work out of the box, at
https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/pull/2723

Hope this helps,
Jim Klimov
