[Nut-upsuser] NUT and Eaton UPS produce a lot of error messages

afaik they should not be needed with systemd, they still may be created 
(even systemd may create them).

on my system they are owned by root/root

this means that nut monitor wanted to log on to nut server, ups Eaton, but 
didn't give proper password.
