[Nut-upsuser] Examples of PDU integration?

Funny, a discussion was raised just recently at
https://github.com/networkupstools/nut/issues/3574 where I suggested ePDU's
could be the answer for rack-wide shutdown with different priorities for
different workloads. Especially the part which is not a common NUT
approach, about gracefully handling the power coming back before the
critical machines are told to shut down - with some clever scripting, an
OB->OL transition and knowledge of the already achieved
secodary-ternary-etc. shutdowns could involve telling the ePDU to
power-cycle the ports and bring those devices back up.
