Hello.
A customer of mine has the above model.
It reports being manufactured in late 2009 and it's connected via USB
cable. Also it has no front panel (except some basic status LEDs) where
I could go about configuring it.
So what driver should I use?
IIUC apcsmart is only for serial line (and ModBus is out of the
question), so I'm using usbhid-ups.
This is more or less able to comunicate but:
_ no matter what, the battery charge is alway 100% (even when obviously
this can't be and the front panel shows otherwise);
_ input voltage works seems to be the only parameter that changes;
_ still the UPS status is always "OL" and NUT won't log anything if I
disconnect the power cable (so I guess it won't turn off the machine
when needed).
Is there anything I can do?
I'm using NUT 2.8.2.
Below I'm pasting a full upsc output taken after 30' of no input power.
bye & Thanks
av.
