[Nut-upsuser] Bluetti as a UPS?

Thanks Kevin. Valuable insight!

There is a bug somewhere in my APC where it drops and reconnects USB at
random. Also during a power failure! I see those in the syslog every
few days. A similar problem on the EcoFlow seems like an odd coincidence.

The 'Plus' models have USB-HID support and recent versions of NUT know how to talk to them. I have at least 4 times as much runtime now (using a 2kWh EcoFlow unit) and it takes less space and is silent at my load level.
