i just installed on Ubuntu 12.04 nut from their "Ubuntu Software Center" and i configure ups.conf as:<br>
[mustek]<br>
driver  = blazer_ser<br>
port = /dev/ttyS0<br>
desc = "Mustek powermust 2000VA USB"<br>

and here is # /lib/nut/blazer_ser -DDDDD -a mustek results:<br>

As i see all is ok here?<br>

After that i try # /etc/init.d/nut start and got:<br>
/etc/init.d/nut: 1: /etc/nut/nut.conf: MODE: not found<br>
 * nut disabled, please adjust the configuration to your needs<br>
 * Then set MODE to a suitable value in /etc/nut/nut.conf to enable it<br>

I cannot find what kind of mode he talking about, i put in nut.conf "MODE = standalone"<br>

Where i am wrong?<br>please help, thank you!<br>
