Blocking of SIGINT (ctrl-c), general feedback

Hey offliners,

Problem solved:

Moving to ui = TTY.TTYUI fixes the problem. I guess that offlineimap
is somewhere switching to raw mode and that that it's not correctly
reset after exit.

Now ctrl-c works while offlineimap is running (and clearly also afterwards).
