Hmm I've tried new local folder & a different gmail account with
*significantly* less and different emails. No luck.

Could this be related to freaky network I'm behind? University /
firewalled / eduroam like. It requires lan authentication and
HTTPS_PROXY?

I see some reports & "recipes" for handling HTTPS proxies in python,
but I'm not sure whether offlineimap is affected.

Can anyone confirm that they can succesfully use offlineimap behind
HTTPS_PROXY with gmail or other servers?
