OT: One-way IMAP sync tool?

I would love to see this feature added to offlineimap.  I too use offlineimap 
solely for the purpose of backing up my email from my IMAP server, and I also 
worry about the fact that problems/errors in my backup folder/filesystem might 
get propagated up to the server.
