Need a way to find subject names from offlineimap stdout while syncing

Hi,
I've been using offlineimap to sync my Gmail's "All Mail" folder for
one year which has been working great! Since I moved last week to a
slower connection and a new machine, I need to re-download all of my
messages.
I don't want to download my large attachments, so I put maxsize as
200000 in my offlineimaprc [ http://pastebin.com/z3mv5wQg ]
I run offlineimap and the download used to occasionally spend an
entire night downloading one message, before dying due to a
MemoryError. I have to manually hunt down and delete messages with
large attachments from the inbox.
You can see the output with -d imap enabled here: http://pastebin.com/SPRDt5dM
So either I'm doing the maxsize parameter setting wrong or if someone
can tell me which file/method handles the portion where the message is
downloaded, so I can print the subject name and thus, delete that
particular message. Running through several thousand emails with
attachments and trying to delete big ones isn't something I'm too fond
of.
Thanks,
Anirudh
