For some reason I can't seem to get IMAP<->IMAP to sync more than just
the INBOX.

I've added:
nametrans = lambda foldername: re.sub('^INBOX\.', '', foldername)
and
folderfilter = lambda foldername: 1

Neither seem to help.

any ideas?

I've got all my inbox so I feel like I'm a inch away from pulling this
off. I'm avoiding imapsync because I know offlineIMAP can make this
happen for me :)

Cheers,
Phil
