Well, "show" is not the problem. The problem comes with the "review"
task including "apply", "comment" and all the odd things people can do
with patches.

On top of that, there are encoding issues where a LOT of MUA are very
bad at.

Yes, I think some good MUA just handle attachments nicely. I use mutt
myself which is not that bad in general but still not quiet good to play
with attachments.

Thing is that we can't ask people to install the best MUA on earth (we
still would have to find it, anyway). So, we must assume attachments
aren't a good way to submit materials.
