No. Our maintenance branch is off of the v6.3.2 release.

If you need a patch for a later release you're asked to update to the
last release.

If the patch you'd like is not in a release yet, you have to either wait
or backport the patch yourself.

You may checkout the current next branch, build the manpage from there
and install it.
