After crash, it leaves lock files. Must reboot to run again.

After a crash (steps to reproduce: disconnect the internet during the middle of a run), it leaves lock files on the disk.

Running it again is impossible because it blocks on the lock file.  Must reboot the machine to run it again!!

I call this a bug, not a feature, because a process that dies should automatically clean up its own lock files on exiting.

Wouldn't you agree?
