[ANNOUNCE] OfflineIMAP v6.3.4 and v6.3.2.3 released

OfflineIMAP v6.3.4 is out.

Here we are. A nice release since v6.3.3, I think.

Notice that maint will now live its own life. Our mainline has diverged
a lot since maint was forked.
