New local emails don't get copied to the remote end

The sample configuration file says

   # FYI, you could also include every folder with:
   #
   # folderfilter = lambda foldername: 1

I wasn't sure whether I had to include a folderfilter option, so I 
included that one.  But it works much better without it.
