All "normal" pages are currently just static .html files for the lack of
a better system.
Everything under /dev-doc is the result of "cd docs; make dev-doc",
mangle the file names to not start with an underscore (using this tool:
https://github.com/michaeljones/sphinx-to-github) and copy the resulting
html to the dev-doc folder (so yes, that needs manual updating
currently).

I would love to have someone with web skills take over the page
maintenance :)
