It's reliable as 6.3.2.1

Since there were no reports of OfflineIMAP crashing as it did for me, I
guess that no one else is using such a broken IMAP server. So all is
fine. The only way to reproduce the infinite loop for me is
 - not to include patch 4/4
 - sync between two oracle IMAP's accounts
