about releases (was [PATCH] Update imaplib2 to 2.24)

Tags are cheap, really no reason not to create them.

Also, there is another option: apply the patch directly to v6.3.3 and
tag the result as v6.3.3.1.  (so the other bug{fixes,introductions} on
master don't get released)
