GPG Encrypt incoming mail

There is no per-message hook in offlineimap. There is a post-sync hook
that invokes any command that you configure to invoke which could
encrypt mails after delivery.

I am not sure if such a hook would be useful to many people. It's
certainly possible to implement, but it would add even more to
configuration complexity.
