[PATCH] Always logout() on imaplib2 objects, even during exceptions

Right, ctrl-c will probably not interrupt a folder sync, due to the
locks not reacting to interrupts (which I consider a python deficiency).

Weird, I thought I had tried something like this locally and it did not
solve it for me. But if it does for you, great.

This is in any case the *correct* thing to do, so +1 on the patch.
