Offlineimap 6.3.3-rc1 hangs

Cool ! Everything is back to its original speed again, nice catch. You
can consider both Reviewed-by: and Tested-by: me. It would be great to
have it in the next stable version (and it is very unlikely to introduce
regressions, given the number of affected lines ...)
