[PATCH] Give some love to UIDMaps

Some documentation improvements, this is a severely underdocumented
class. This still needs some further improvements though.

- Don't "optimize" that we don't actually save the message when it
already exists in savemessage(). No other backend does that in
savemessage either, so its inconsistent behavior and we don't invoke
savemessage() on messages that already exist in our sync logic. So
there is no change in behavior.

- Don't use apply(Baseclass) (which is going away in Python 3), use
  IMAPFolder.__init__(self, *args, **kwargs).

- Don't call ValueError, string. It is ValueError(string)

This applies to current next, it is just cleanup, no functional change.
