offlineimap doesn't quit?

your offlineimap.config contains this as the ui setting:

ui=Curses.Blinkenlights, TTY.TTYUI,Noninteractive.Basic,
Noninteractive.Quiet

You can now only choose exactly one ui. So just modify your ui= setting
in the conf. It has been noted in the Changelog I believe, but it
certainly deserves prominent mention as user visible change (the change
is actually already in 6.3.2). Sorry for that.
