Error when trying to use Google Apps as type Gmail

Yes, a local "Gmail" has never been supported by offlineimap. A "Mapped
IMAP server" (one that maps UIDs between 2 IMAP servers) and a "Gmail"
server are 2 distinct repository implementations in offlineimap.

Our offlineimap.conf says:

[Repository LocalExample]
# The types supported are Maildir and IMAP.

I am sure it would be possible to support it, so far nobody bothered to
do it though.
