Double nametrans required in a imap-imap-Sync?

I thought offlineimap does a 2-way-sync, but I guess only for the
changes made *after* the initial sync. So if I change anything in the
GMX folder on the 1blu-server it should be synced back. But not for
other changes on the 1blu-server.
