The 1) foundation for real error messages (I have a branch to convert
more error cases to OfflineImapError()s), 2) an sqlite backend, and
3) true 1-way sync. That is going to be an awsome release.

Let us think carefully how to improve the sqlite refactoring in the
future, and I am open for suggestions, but let us see first how it works
for people and iron out any glitches.
