error 111

[Tom Schutter]

This appears to be related to a new folder that I created via the Exchange webmail interface.  Ironically the folder name was "offlineimap".  Deleting the folder and restarting offlineimap makes this error go away.  But the question still stands, how can I provide more/better information to diagnose the issue?
